Me again, just wanted to clarify to everyone, Jedi were not wihout emotion. It was dangerous, yes, to love a significant other. But the Code does not say that a Jedi could not love said significant other.
The Code applies mainly to moral action and governing situations like Diplomatic Negotiation and Lightsaber Combat.
I sincerely hope that you could publish this as a Canon/Semi-Canon Manga, Lucas might like the idea since we know little about him aside from the movie storyline. Licencing would be the major hurdle to get over in that respect, but its worth a shot.

As for the comment about a comic is meant to be
‘Dark and Harsh’….did you use to hang out on the SWG forums? It does sound a bit like one of the old forum trolls in the Shadowfire server found this place.
Also, I remember comics in the sixties, downright corny at times, although once in a while, they made a point. The darkness of a lot of today’s comics didn’t really start til the eighties..it had been there before then, but it seemed to blossom in the late eighties, early nineties. However, there is also still room for the lighter, so called cute comics. There is even room for the graphic novel/manga format.
May I direct your attention to the Sailor Moon manga? It has plenty of dark, harsh, violent scenes…I seem to remember Sailor Stars had a really high body count in the manga. And it also had its ‘cute’ moments as well.
Hopefully, someday, this manga/web comic will be finished. The art is good, and this seems to be a labor of love, even if it is only meant to be a fannish web comic.

Wow, just wow. I never thought that there could be a manga based off of Star Wars or Obi Wan for that matter, it shows how human and caring he is.
